Du Gangjian (HUNAN) is professor of Law and Public Management at HUNAN and teaches International business at several ChineseLLM, MPA and PhD programs, with a specific focus on administrative law and comparative studies. He is councillor of Chinese government especially for National Bases of Biological and Medicine Industries. He spent a period of visiting professor at Harvard University (US,1998-2003). He is visiting and teaching professor at Rizumekan University (Japan, 1988-1989) and at People’s University (China, 1982-1996), and at National School of Administration in China. (1997-2004).
His main research interests are related to legal policy and internationalization of Chinese healthcare and to reforming governance of government. He has extensive experience in FDIs from comparative legal policy, rule of law in medical and healthcare area in China. His contribution will be particularly useful for integrate TM/CAM with national health care systems, by developing and implementing national TM/CAM policies and programs and by providing guidance on regulatory and quality assurance standards.
